Returns & Alteration

All Gulmohar outfits are made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

However, we want your outfit to fit you perfectly.

Unlimited Alterations

We offer unlimited complimentary alterations within 15 days of delivery to ensure the right fit.

This includes:

• Size and fit adjustments

• Minor tailoring refinements (length, sleeves, waist, shoulders)
  
  

Please Note

• Major design changes are not possible after delivery.

• Alterations requiring additional fabric may incur extra charges.

• Alterations cannot be accepted if the outfit has been worn or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect order, we will repair or remake the outfit at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
